Description:  • Conduct regular inspections of job site. • Conduct regular shop inspections. • Give weekly toolbox talks at the plant and on the various job sites. • Develop and Monitor safe work practices and safe job procedures. • Report to the Safety Committee any work procedures that need to be revised. • Keep current with Gujarat Safety Rules and industry advancements that improve safety. • Perform risk assessments and develop site specific safety plans. • Provide safety orientations for new workers. • Develop company-wide education and training programs. • Conduct accident investigation reports when necessary. • Develop modified work program • Ensures that company personnel observe and follows established safety guidelines. • Assists in the conduct of fire and emergency drills. • Working would be mainly as per Gujarat Factory Act
